Hooded Mort

Dennis Burton was a district attorney during World War II who grew tired of watching guilty criminals walk free, so he adopted the guise of "The Laughing Mask" to hunt the guilty down and shoot them in cold blood. Remember how everyone believed comic books were kiddy-faire back in the golden age? Yeah, not so much. The Laughing Mask will be re-appearing in the The Twelve, a miniseries from Marvel which will be written by J. Michael Straczynski and drawn by Chris Weston. Look for it in Spring of 2008.

As you may or may not know, Christmas is coming up. One of the many presents my mother bought me this year was Stan Lee's Amazing Marvel Universe, written by Roy Thomas, and since I'm not good at waiting until the 25th to open my presents, I was able to discover this new Mort. So, what does the "H" stand for, and who's under the hood?
