This Mort is full of Heart

Deathbolt was a flunky of the Ultra-Humanite, who performed nefarious experiments on him until his body became a living electrical battery. He is a mort in the truest sense of the word, as he has only been seen in a handful of appearances (most notably the aforementioned Crisis of Infinite Earths), and has seemingly dropped out of existence.
Alright, here is our new mort. He is Marvel, if that peaks Eric or Joanna's interest.

An Electrifying Mort

Adrian Chase was the Vigilante in the mid 80's, the DC version of the popular Marvel anti-hero The Punisher (although, to be fair, Adrian spent most of his series demonstrating non-lethal tactics to subdue his opponents). Another difference between the Vigilante and the Punisher is that Adrian Chase constantly struggled with the morality of his violent tactics, a struggle that ultimately led to Chase committing suicide out of regret for his mistakes. So long story short, don't kill out of revenge or it will come back to bite you in the end.

Over my relaxing spring break, I reread Crisis on Infinite Earths, the first great maxi-series in comic book history, a series which features just about as many super-folk as you can fit into 200 pages. My new mort is one of the obscure characters from this series. Enjoy!

Mob Murdering Mort

Sasquatch was a member of Alpha Flight, Marvel's premiere Canadian Super-Hero group. He's big and strong and, well, Orange. The first Alpha Flight series, which I've read a few random issues of, was quite good, but the more recent comedic take on the team was superb. I have the whole series (which was painfully short lived) if anyone is interested in borrowing it.
Today's Mort is a little bit of a test for Jennifer, as I spent most of Saturday customizing a figure of him (Possible pictures of this to come). So, baby, can you remember what I told you his name was? Sorry Joanna and Eric, but we are back in DC territory with this one. Oh, and before I'm asked, the Mort is the guy in Black holding the gun.
